I just went home from the gym.
I did a 40 minutes jog on the treadmill.
20 minutes on the stair master thingy.
and an hour of weight lifting.

I did all 5 sets x 8 reps (lol a little overboard i know but i feel guilty of ditching gym for 2 days)
of the abductor and the adductor machine, both on 50 pounds or 23 kilos.
This exercise is usually the one I go to immediately after cardio because I have this gigantic inner thighs, so yeah. The abductor one exercises the inner thighs. and the adductor one exercises the outer thighs.

Also I did about 4 sets x 8 reps on the leg extension machine.
Which looks like this.


Feels like hell if you do it straight after the abductor and the adductor machine.
I usually get a bottle of water and play some game on my iPhone before I do this
and yeah. 15 pounds or 20 I guess. I forgot --"
This is for your Quadriceps? I guess. I wiki-ed. It's the muscle in the front of your legs.

and I did 4 sets x 8 reps on the lat machine.
Which i think is such a good exercise for your biceps and back area, I THINK.


But I don't pull it to the front of my body like in the picture.
I just pull it to the back.
Because I feel more pain on my back when I do so.
HAHAHA. and I have this theory, that if you're doing exercise, the more pain you feel, the better it is. LOL I should be falling down on a treadmill then HAHAHA *touch wood*

and I do like about 60? crunches HAHAHA. that's all i can manage.

And then like about 3 sets x 8 reps on the back extension machine.


Also, I did like 4 x 8 on the dorsal machine.

Its for your back.
I do a lot of back exercises cos I slump when I stand.
Hopefully this will help.

Anyway yeah.

this is not me telling you that this is the way to exercise or shit.
I'm telling you that this is the way I!!! exercise. lol
This is not professional advice or crap.
As you can see I'm still f a t fat.
I did this so whenever I want to eat KFC I remember of all the hard work I did.
